Frequently Asked Questions

Is it true that I can make as many changes as I want for no extra cost?

Yes it's 100% true. Up until we agree that your site is done and ready to launch we will make whatever changes you want. Keep in mind however at some point all the changes become counterproductive for you and your business or service. So deciding on something and moving forward is the way to go. Note, once we sign off on your website any subsequent changes would be covered under our maintenance package should you choose to move forward with that package.

Do you require a deposit or contract?

We only require a 50% deposit to kick things off, with remainder due upon website completion. And no long-term contracts - we prefer partnerships!

How do you compare to those low cost website building companies that charge only $99 for a site?

Great question! I know I  in the About section that websites shouldn't have to cost $10,000, but there certainly is a tremendous amount of value in having an attractive, highly functional site that doesn't give you a lot of headaches.  After all, your website is the core of the online presence of your business and it's often where you make your money via ecommerce or bookings.  It is worth something to get that done right.  Personally, I have worked with companies that charge $99 for a site and believe me I got what I paid for (barely). I ended up having to learn to use their platform myself so that I could make the changes I needed more quickly and correctly.  So, it is true, we are not the lowest cost provider, but I do feel Wesco Web Design fills a need in the market for high quality websites at reasonable prices.
